Singapore Polytechnic held the Polytechnic Student Research Programme (PSRP) on 17 March 2011 where student teams from the five polytechnics are being recognised for their outstanding research and development projects.

 

For this event, I'm tasked with the creation of visual material like the backdrop, poster, signage and Power Point template. I'm also involved with coordinating with the caterer for the lunch buffet arrangement, event logistic and others backend administration. 

 

With more than 200 guests attending the event, it was a great experience for me to learn how to manage such crowd and the important of careful planning.
